CH Wangs – New Mini Ramp in Sarganserland

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Vilters-Wangs skatepark in Mels, Sargans, known as «Skatetown», Vertical Technik supplied a 1.90-meter-high, 6-meter-wide, and 10.50-meter-long miniramp with P-profile edge protection. A support association is responsible for the operation of the skatepark. It is committed to promoting an attractive meeting place for young people and organizing skate courses, skate competitions, and skate events. The municipality of Vilters-Wangs is located on the western slope of the Rhine Valley at the Sarganserland motorway junction. The municipality extends to the Graue Hörner mountains. Above it lies Lake Vilters. The facility, beautifully embedded in the landscape and centrally located, is used by young people from all over the surrounding area. The miniramp was already delivered in the spring of 2021, and the anniversary celebration took place in the summer.
