Teaser: On September 19 and 20, 2025, the skate park in Delémont under the Viadukt de la Blancherie was transformed into a vibrant festival of urban culture: skateboard & scooter sessions, live graffiti on the bridge piers, DJ sets, street food, and an official after-party.
Delémont celebrated its premiere: Captain Jam brought urban culture into focus for two days – exactly where it belongs: in public space. Skaters and scooter riders showed off their best tricks, jams, and open sessions on Romandy’s largest mini-ramp as well as in the street zone. At the same time, live graffiti was created directly in front of the audience: The pillars of the viaduct and parts of the skate park structure became large-format canvases.
DJs such as IDEM, Hakim, La Boillat Connection, Dadballs, Mastro, Fausto, and Zazou provided the right atmosphere. In the Village, there was street food from several countries, a bar, children’s entertainment, and local stands. Saturday ended with the after-party at SAS (from 9:00 PM) – including a live act and techno sets.
The event is supported by the Association Cap’tain Park together with the City of Delémont, Espace-Jeunes, and the Conseil delémontain des jeunes. The organizers’ goal: To make sport, art, and community visible and to make the city an open, creative meeting place – with official permission for the painted viaduct pillars.
As the supplier of the mini-ramp and skate modules, we are particularly pleased that the skate park remains vibrant through this event and offers many young people and children a meaningful leisure activity.
