Mobile Bouldering Wall with Fall Protection Area:
This mobile climbing wall can be used in public spaces without supervision. It consists of a horizontal base frame with integrated EPDM rubber fall protection surfacing, a climbing wall with climbing holds, an information board with rules, and an anti-climb roof. The construction and dimensions comply with EN CE 12572 standard for climbing walls in public areas.
Base Frame 7 m x 2.44 m:
The base frame is made of galvanized steel with adjustable feet.
Climbing Wall 4 m x 3 m:
Vertical surface with slight overhangs, high-quality climbing holds. The wall consists of a galvanized steel frame with bracing, clad on the front and sides. The rear is clad with aluminum sheets.
Fall Protection Surfacing:
Water-permeable EPDM fall protection with an elastic layer and a wear layer. The color can be customized according to customer preferences.
Information Board:
Customizable information board with rules according to EN CE 12572 standard, galvanized and powder-coated in a color of the customer’s choice.
Logistics:
For transport, the unit is loaded in one piece onto the bed of a low-loader. At the destination, the climbing wall is unloaded with a locally commissioned truck crane.
Assembly:
Assembly and disassembly are carried out by truck crane. Leveling feet on the metal frame are used to align the climbing wall on the ground. A water tank with 1000 liters of water is connected to the climbing wall as a weight to secure it against strong winds.
