The first Hoepfner Street Life Festival was an unforgettable experience for all street sports fans! Over two action-packed days, the Hoepfner Brewery was transformed into the hotspot for skateboarding, BMX, inline skating, and urban lifestyle events. The festival offered a unique platform for action, style, and community in Karlsruhe.
Highlights of the Street Life Festival in Karlsruhe
The Burghof featured Vertical’s impressive miniramp with spine, offering skaters, BMX riders, and inline skaters everything they needed to create a great atmosphere with exciting shows, contests, and jam sessions. Highlights included competitions such as “Longest Grind”, “Doubles”, and “Highest Wallride”. At “King/Queen of the Castle”, the community crowned the best skater in the Bierburg – an event that was met with enthusiasm.
Prominent athletes and top performers
The festival attracted well-known athletes, including Reell team riders Fabian Klaßes in skateboarding and Tobias Freigang, a BMX pro known from the X-Games and Night of Jump. These pros impressed with their skills and provided exciting competitions and inspiring performances.
