The «Wheel Park Sarnen», a new indoor bike park in which Vertical Technik participated, opened its doors on Friday, February 18. Covering 2,500 square meters, the Wheel Park includes various mountain bike trails, obstacles, kickers, and an airbag. Vertical Technik built and assembled the Big Air Inrun with three jumps, as well as the jumpline with a run-up and two kickers on site. The kickers can be moved using a roller system, so that the jump distance can be adjusted. The new leisure facility is a great thing for movement fans in the region: a heated lounge overlooking the trails and jumps, an outdoor bar in summer, and a shop with bike equipment, bike rental and merchandising will also ensure an eventful stay. The Wheel Park with the kicker-airbag offer is said to be the first facility of its kind in Europe, according to a statement.
