Description
Manufacture of a custom-designed outdoor bouldering block with a roof for weather and anti-climb protection, compliant with DIN EN 12572-2 standard, including a service door with KABA lock. The base frame is made of galvanized steel, bolted to a customer-provided foundation. Cladding consists of birch plywood panels, primed and double-coated with Boscapox, including an integrated anti-slip coating of quartz sand. Colors are customizable according to customer requirements. Includes custom-made volumes and approximately 330 professional climbing holds. Climbing holds can be freely positioned without a grid. The definition and bolting of climbing routes, civil engineering works, and fall protection are optional. Block height 3 m, climbing surface 45 m², volume 2 m², roof area 40 m², fall protection area 130 m². All dimensions are approximate and will be defined by the individual design during the workshop.
